Continental Kit for your Ford Retractable only. Because of its dramatic appearance, the Continental Kit has become a much sought after accessory and to this day typifies the spirit of the fifties.

• Includes tire carries mechanism is stationary as original.
• Frame-to-bumper extensions extend the existing bumper about 12"; the resulting space is fitted with the gravel pan assembly fabricated to original specifications in heavy 18 gauge steel.
• Tire band supplied chrome or unchromed.
• Faceplate supplied solid including the original style chromed 'V'
• Backplate cover the top half of the spare closest to the trunk.
• Rubber gaskets.
• Cadmium plated attaching hardware
• original installation instructions from Ford
• Does not include stock rear bumper. Proper size spare tire and rim. Insignia or emblem for the faceplate or tag light
• Installation time is about eight hours.
• Metal pieces are bare steel requiring proper preparation, primer and paint
